Trick or Vote is a trademark of the Oregon Bus Project Foundation.
While The Bus Project encourages groups and individuals of all types to join ongoing Trick or Vote events, and to start Trick or Vote events of their own, we request that groups or individuals doing so submit the attached license agreement. The intent of this license is not to restrict the flexibility of groups or individuals seeking to conduct Trick or Vote events, but rather to ensure that the Trick or Vote brand is used for nonpartisan, public interest purposes. In coordinating these events on a national scale, we also seek to track our collective goals, and raise money for participating entities.
If all terms of the license agreement are fulfilled, the license will be granted free of charge. If you would like to participate, please download and fill out the attached form and fax it to the Bus Project at 503.233.7209
